Financial Reports
Financial reports are records of the financial activities of a business. Relevant financial information is presented in a structured manner and in a form which is easy to understand. Financial reports also is used to trace the flow of money in our business. Below is our business financial report and my sales report.



My group mates and I have decided to collect for the capital RM 50 for each of us. So, we get total capital for 1st batch as much as RM 300. Down below is the money flow through two zone:-
1. Shania (leads zone that need to use postage):
-Sharennyla (under Shania)
-Sayidah (under Shania)
2. Serena (leads zone that do not need postage; near to the supplier):
-Raul (under Serena)
-Rozlina (under Serena)
After that, we made a payment to the supplier for 20 Chocojars for the 1st batch that cost RM 280. Then, after our business progress went well, we continued to order for the 2nd batch due to customer's demand on our product. For the 2nd batch, Serena's zone have collected RM 114 and Shania's zone have collected RM 150 for our 2nd batch capital. That made the total capital for the 2nd batch is RM 264. After that, we made a payment to the supplier for 18 Chocojars which cost RM 252. Our total sales for the 1st and 2nd batch are 35 Chocojars (RM700). Total profit we got after deducting capital for the 1st batch and capital for the 2nd batch is RM 168.
